  2. All participants must adhere to the instructions and guidance provided by the instructors at all times.
  3. Refunds will not be provided for participants who do not complete the course or fail to meet the requirements for obtaining a CCW permit.
  4. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements for obtaining a CCW permit in the state of Virginia.

By enrolling in the First Steps Shooting Course Virginia CCW Permit - Express Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 12 years of age and legally eligible to possess a firearm in the state of Virginia.

Registration

All participants must complete the registration process and submit payment in full to secure their spot in the course. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the course date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course date will not be eligible for a refund.

Safety

Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the instructors. Any reckless or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the course.

Liability

Participants are responsible for their own actions and any damage or injury caused as a result of negligence. The organizers and instructors are not liable for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the course.

Certification

Successful completion of the course does not guarantee the issuance of a Virginia CCW permit. Participants must still apply for and meet all requirements set forth by the state of Virginia.
